| Holley’s Printing does not charge its customers an additional fee to use our postal permits. Be sure that your designer incorporates our indicia and prints it on the piece. If you need us to inkjet the permit information on to the mail piece, there will be an additional charge above our normal addressing rates.
A few things to keep in mind when incorporating our indicia into your mail piece:
DO: Place the indicia in the upper right hand corner.
DO: Allow a minimum of .25” between the permit information and the edge of the mailing piece.
DO: Allow the post office to REVIEW your mail piece and APPROVE it PRIOR to having us print them as their requirements MUST be met.
DO NOT: Set-up the permit number text in a font smaller than 8 point.

Ancillary Service Endorsements
Undeliverable-as-addressed (UAA) mail is forwarded, returned to sender, or treated as dead mail as authorized for the particular mail class. A mailer endorsement is used to instruct the Postal Service® regarding the mailpiece's appropriate disposition upon determining that it is UAA.
